18yr old Kyle Hall, a native of Detroit, drops his first ep for Third Ear Recordings. The Must See ep shows Kyle Hall to be an emerging talent. The tracks that Third Ear has selected are rooted in the techno sound of Detroit, such as that heard in the productions of Anthony Shake Shakir, Rhythm Is Rhythm and Omar S. The influence of Theo Parrish and Mike Huckaby can also be heard in Kyles music in these tracks. The overriding feeling after listening to these tracks a few times is that here is a young artist relishing his machines and his heritage with no fear to try out his own ideas.
